Five-roller flattening device, coil-head cutter:

*Flatten steel sheet and lead it into next working procedure.

*Mechanical structure:includes 5 leveling rollers(95mm), driving device, 2 feeding rollers and machine frame. Both sides of each roller are load by bearing, they are all active rollers.

*2 feeding roller adopts hydraulic device.

*The gap between up and down working rollers are adjusted manually to guarantee the leveling quality.

*Driving:all the rollers are connected with gear box by separate joint and drive by 15KW motor(frequency converting control).

*Machining process:raw material 42CrMo - tempering - rough machining - chrome coating HRC58-65

Function and summarize:flattening the steel panel. Up working rollers are fixed on the cross beam, down working roller are fixed on the machine base, adjust the pressing by worm gears to get best leveling effect. Adjust the front and back gap between working rollers separately to get a horn mouth angle, which can improve the leveling quality. The adjusting amount is shown by dial gauge. Power is provided by AC adjustable-speed motor and distributed to every working roller by gear reduction, gear distribution box and coupling, running speed is continuously viable. Also can make use of electric eye of loop for controlling, so that to achieve the exchanging between high speed and low speed. Coil-head cutter can cut off the unqualified panel.




Slitting machine:

*Power part:power seat, reducer, DC motor, gear distribution box, coupling, cardan shaft and so on.

*Main machine:machine base, fixed station, big slider, linear guide, two blade shafts, movable station, hydraulic moving unit, slider, front and back adjusting unit of station, blade shaft pressing adjust unit, 0.75kw cycloid-pin wheel gear motor and so on.

*Adopts 55KW DC motor, 650 reduction box and matching distribution box and coupling.

*The shaft radial and surface vibration is controlled strictly.

*Adopts domestic famous brand bearings.
